Summer by the Sea street market

When the days get longer and the evenings warmer, nobody wants to huddle down in their homes just because the work day is over. That’s why the Parksville and District Chamber of Commerce started the Summer by the Sea Street Market.
This year, every Tuesday evening in July and August from 6 to 9 p.m., Craig Street, in the heart of Parksville’s downtown, is closed to traffic and open only to pedestrians.
Visitors can take a look at street side vendors while being entertained by a bevy of local performers. Local merchants and non-profit organizations also make it a great place to spend an evening.
